With the E92 M3 coming out, expect to see the market flooded with the E36 and E46 chassis. Anyone can find an extremely clean E36 for ~CAD15000, and low mileage E46 for as long as ~CAD30000.
So why is it so hard to get your hands on an E30 M3?
How can someone prefer a little 2.3L 4cyl over a 333hp 3.2L 6cyl?
Because the E30 M3 is arguably the best M badged 3 series created.
Light, nimble, balanced, raw. No heavy add ons or muffled sounds. It's just man and machine listening to the song of the engine prancing through its powerband.
Finding an unmolested, not tracked E30 M3 is beginning to be a challenge.
Would this justify the ~CAD30 000 price tag on this extremely low mile example out of Texas?
